You have bought C. Diamond Corp's Siphon Rod, one of it's find limited number produces. This silver rod is tipped by a black diamond on one end and a white diamond on the other. It is recommended not to mix them up, but the user may due what they wish.
The Rod has the power to drain and transfer any quality from one living being and transfer it to another. By pointing the black gem at a being, then thinking on what the user wants to take from them, it will keep draining that quality no matter what it is until the user says to stop or that quality has been reduced to almost nothing. Once a quality has been drained to the level desired, the user can transfer any quality they had drained with the white gem to any being they point it at including themselves.
The rod has to modes. Normal mode where an energy beam is fired when used, black beam to absorb and white been to implant. The Rod also has a stealth mode where the energy beams are invisible to the naked eye. A warning as the invisible option can lead to trouble telling when the Rod is in use, where it is aim and other problems for the user. It is the user's responsibility to use this wisely and carefully.
The beam has a limitations with distance. If used at a maximum of a hundred feet it can absorb/install one percent of a quality per second. Touch contact can absorb/install 99.99999 percent of a quality instantly. The rod can not capture all of the quality of person. A minimum of 00.00001 will remain due to contract requirements of C Diamond Corp.
Please note that it is possible to increase an quality more then one hundred percent with additional qualities absorbed from someone else and installed into someone else. Pluse not this will make the quality superhuman and may defy normal laws of physics.
