Mandy realized she had but seconds to act. Straddling Jim's unconscious body, she attempted to administer mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Her breasts got in the way, however. After several attempts, she finally had to roll forward on her breasts, leaving her body at a downard 45-degree angle, to reach his mouth. Though a little weird, it wasn't that uncomfortable. Pinching his nostrils shut, she made a seal over his lips with hers, and blew. Her training did not fail her, and presently Jim coughed and started breathing again.
Jim, still drowsy, was remembering his dream involving a leprechaun. "Too bad it was just a dream", he thought.
His eyes focused, and he found himself looking into the eyes of Mandy, a small petite girl he knew from high school. Her face was directly in front of his, and she had a look of concern on her face. Jim realized he was lying down on a concrete surface. He attempted to get up, and realized his arms and body were pinned down by something... warm.
Reaching with his hand underneath this surface, he was astonished to feel what seemed to be a huge nipple. Instinctively he squeezed it, and Mandy yelped, shoved the ground next to him, and rolled back into a standing pose. She had huge breasts, larger than he'd ever seen outside that weird dream.... suddenly he realized it was no dream.
Mandy looked somewhat annoyed, though, and Jim figured he'd better say something:
