"Back so soon, ehh. Did you forget something?"
"I forgot to give you this. I got this for you and I knew you loved flowers. This one is huge and knew you loved it."
"Jim, Oh my God! I didn't know this for me. I thought you had gotten this for Sharon for her birthday. I didn't say anything, but I love it! Let me take this inside."
Jim followed Lisa into the house. She went and placed it in the kitchen while Jim stood by the door. Lisa came back and said, "Forgive me for the way I look, but I have to do this." Lisa looks at Jim and then moves forward and gives him a deep passionate kiss. Jims steps back in shock.
"Look, Jim, this might not be the time, being Sharon's birthday and all, but I have to tell you this. I love you. I always have. I have kept quiet because you were always with Sharon, but I can't be quiet any more."
Jim didn't know what to say. He never really thought of Lisa in that way, but then again, maybe he really had. He didn't know what to do. All of the sudden, Jim remembered the plant in the kitchen. He felt really guilty about bringing it here with the intent that he had. He started to panic, not because of Lisa, though. Jim saw the flower opening up, releasing its tentacles.
