Jim watched patiently for Allison to find the plant in the kitchen. But she never even went near it. Instead, she wandered into the livingroom and turned on the tv.

Then down the hallway to the bathroom. Jim waited a second until he heard the shower water running.

1. Jim raced out and got the plant. Then he slipped it inside the bathroom where Allison was undressing
2. Jim got the plant and put it right outside the bathroom door
3. *Jim got the plant, and put it in Allison's bedroom where she'd have to go to get dressed.
