Jim sees a flash of light and feels mind-bending agony, after it ends he opens his eyes and finds himself...

1. Alone in a jail cell.
2. With his "girlfriend" in a jail cell.
3. Alone on a cobble-stone road, in a primitive, poor looking town filled with many strange people/beings.
4. With his girlfriend in the above mentioned town.
5. In the bed with his girlfriend, and he notices he just poured bleach on himself.
6. Somewhere else.
