Both Jim And Sharon stop squeezing each other and realize that Jim and almost all growths of Sharon returned to normal. Only her nose is still about 4 feet long and starts to grow again and elongates further on. Soon, it also gets wider and wider and doesn't seem to stop growing. After a few minutes it nearly fills the room and pushes Jim into the corner, so that he has to jump out of the window.
Outside he still observes what's going on, as he sees that a part of the nose grows through the window and destroys it completely. And the nose increases more and more, as even Sharon's house breaks down, the nose doesn't want to stop growing....
