Tifa rustled around in her purse for a bit, before finally pulling out what she wanted, a bottle of pills. She handed it to Jim.
"Take one." She instructed.
Jim unscrewed the bottle, and removed a pill. He popped it in his mouth, and swallowed.
A moment later, his dick began to lengthen, growing wider as it did so.
His testicles grew with it, and shortly they grew large enough to satisfy Tifa, and they stopped growing.
"Hey, this is cool!" Jim said, reaching into the bottle. "I want it bigger."
"No!" Tifa yelled, but it was too late, and Jim swallowed the pill.

"You idiot!" Tifa bellowed. "Before, you were too small. Now, you're too big to fit inside me. How the hell am I supposed to grow?"
"Oops." Jim said sheepishly.
Tifa groaned, and began rummaging through her purse again, until she pulled out a spray-can.
"What's that for?" Jim asked.
Tifa sprayed it all over Jim.
Jim looked at Tifa, and realized that she was getting larger.
"Hey," Jim said, "You're growing!"
"No, stupid!" Tifa said. "You're shrinking. If I could grow myself, do you think I'd bother dealing with your stupidity?"
Jim looked around, and confirmed that he was in fact shrinking.
He stopped, and asked, "So, you can grow me back, right?"
"Of course not." Tifa said. "I can't grow anybody with my products. But you're only about 4 feet tall now, so as long as you behave, I won't shrink you anymore."
Jim nodded in understanding.
"Now, get inside me." Tifa said.
