Hastily she pushed the bar back, much to the comfort of her chest. "Thank the Kamis for elastic," she muttered, rubbing the sore spot where her bra had bit into her from the unexpected change.
"What is this thing?" Akane asked herself. It certainly looked like a computer but she had never heard of a computer capable of manipulating a person's body. She shuddered at the thought of what this machine could do in the wrong hands.
"Can't let Happosai find this thing," she stated, grimly. She hefted her mallet and smashed the monitor. Glass scattered about on the floor after one single blow. The remains of the monitor sparked and smoked.
Akane didn't know much about computers, but she suspected she'd need to destroy every piece of equipment here to keep all of humanity safe from creatures like Happosai. She cracked the keyboard in half over her knee and smashed it repeatedly on the floor until most of the letters had fallen off. She then obliterated the mouse in one blow of her mallet, leaving only splinters of plastic and a rubber ball which promptly rolled off into a dark corner.
The man on the floor groaned. Akane regarded the mess on the floor of her would-be kidnapper. Something didn't seem quite right. He seemed, drab, colorless, ugly. It wasn't so much that he was repulsive to look at. No, everything about this place seemed wrong.
Think about that later, she chided herself. She returned to her work, ending the life of a troublesome scanner that needed replacing anyways in a shower of glass and plastic. She had just finished demolishing the printer when she heard a voice behind her.
"Stop, Jim!" the man on the floor cried.
