Lana read the next few episodes of the BE Addventure, stunned to realize they were referencing real events, not just made up stories.
Gerald was apparently in the real-life version of Shadow Peak, and Jean had been turned into the words Go back near the end of each episode.
But that was impossible! How could the ridiculous adventures of Jim, Rick, Sharon, Robin, Madison, and the rest of those BE Addventure charcaters become real? How could a human be changed into words of text on a primitive HTML page? It made no sense.
Lana remembered that Sherlock Holmes had once said "when you eliminate the impossible, whatever was left must be the truth, no matter how improbable" (or something like that, she couldn't remember the exact quote and was too lazy to stop what she was doing and Google it at the moment).
What is the improbable? she asked herself, staring at the screen.
"Maybe this all happened because of magic."
...and as she spoke those words, the witch Miserelda exploded into view in the room with her!
