"Harl ole gal..." Joker smiled, "I'm about to save a fortune in supplying you with clown gimmicks. I'm going to give you super powers instead." The Joker chortled, tapping his keys, and changing Harley back to her old shape. Then he thought about it, and made her breasts bigger. "Cheesecake... my favorite."
Harley Quinn sighed with relief, and then smiled, "Super powers? REALLY Mister J?"
"yup. My little gal's gonna be an empowered female." He smiled ferally.
Harley clapped her hands (happy to have hands)"Oh goody, first I want to be bullet proof, then I wanna fly, but not with wings... then I wanna.."
Joker yanked her down by her hat, "Harley, when I meant empowered, I was being punny. I wasn't actually asking your opinion, got it?" There was a tone of menace.
Harl gulped, "Got it Mr J."
Joker went back to typing, "Now, What marks clowns as special?"
Harle started ot answer, then realized this was likely rhetorical and kept her yap shut.
Joker went on, "Body parts... Big Feet, big noses, big anything, and yet they can still somehow fit in a car that looks like Mini-Me's SUV." He cackled. A tingle passed through Harley.
"What was that, Puddin?" She dared a question.
"That was the sound of the winds of change going through a kazoo Harl. You now have the power to increase or shrink body parts of people. Might help you get away from Batgirl if you made her a bit... top heavy, know what I mean?" And he laughed.
