A small blue three wheeled cart moved through the parking lot towards the commotion. A meter maid stepped out from the cart. She saw the man lying on the ground and called for assistance. A few minutes later, an ambulance came by and took the man to a nearby hospital.
Randy and Martin stood by and watched everything. Or at least Randy did, Martin kept his eyes on the Meter Maid. She was average looking but she did have a certain look in her eyes. After the ambulance sped off and the crowd dispersed, Martin placed his hand on Randy's shoulder and stopped time.
"What's up dude?" Randy asked
"I just want to check her out. Martin went up to the meter maid as she was getting into her cart. She had one leg inside her cart and one hand holding onto the roof. Martin went in front of her and looked up her skirt. "Hey, not bad." He reached up into her skirt and pulled down her white cotton panties to about her mid-thighs. Martin looked at her name tag. "Well Officer Graham, today is your lucky day." Martin....
