As a result of Jim's wish:

1. Sharon is now a copy of Ms. Wade, and THINKS she's the real Ms. Wade.
2. Sharon looks like Ms. Wade and has her knowledge, but she's still herself inside.
3. Sharon still looks and acts like herself, but she knows how to be head librarian and everyone thinks that's her job.
4. something else happens...
