Um....Quotation marks?
What is it lately and this site's user's not using Quotation marks?
There are quotation marks all through the episode. I think it’s just you.
And the fact that you posted the same thing on several episodes makes you kind of a dick.
But I did. Is anyone else not seeing the quotation marks? Because I just checked the episodes and I can see them just fine.
What are you talking about? There's quotation marks every time somebody is speaking!
Is it like some sort of weird quirk from a tablet or phone to not be able to view the quotation marks?
The problem is that this author's text editor (like many other authors' editors) replaced regular ASCII quotes with "smart quotes". Smart quotes are inserted by default by Microsoft Word and probably other text editors.
ASCII quotes are better for the Web. Smart quotes only look correct if your browser is displaying the web page in the appropriate character encoding. You may have to manually change your browser's character encoding to "Western" or something similar.
