It was before Akane found out about Ranma and Konatsu. She was at the Hibiki house, there to ask Ryoga for advice being the only one who she knew was in a stable relationship. When no one answered the door she guessed no one was home. That she expected but she tried the handle anyway and found it unlocked. So she went inside and called out for him. When no one answered, Akane felt she should grab something to drink before heading back. She ended up drinking too much and found the bathroom.
Unfortunately for Ryoga and Akane, the reason why Ryoga didn't say anything was because he was too involved with pleasing Akari with his penis. Which Akane saw them doing in the bathroom, Ryoga facing Akane. Their eyes met just as Akari was orgasming.
So Akane did the logical thing and ran away as fast as she could.
That was the last time they saw each other.
"So, P-chan, how's things going with Akari?" Ranma asked Ryoga.
Ryoga blushed and turned away. So did Akane.
"Well, you know, loving each other and stuff." Ryoga refused to make eye contact with anyone. "All good."
Ranma nodded. "Yes. That's good. Get over your nosebleed problem? Hard to be intamite when there's blood all over."
Ryoga tried to cover his embarrassment by fuming. "That's none of your business!
Konatsu spoke up, mostly talking to Ranma. "Actually, having sex relieves cramps, so in actuality..."
Ranma's face turned green. She didn't want to even think about that. Ukyo's eyebrows rose on her forehead. Akane blushed even harder, covering her face. And Ryoga gagged.
"That's all kinds of wrong!" Ranma shivered, nearly vomiting.
