I did not really like this one. technically Setsuna is already a milf. I think it would have been better if Rei used the idol to get the daughter she wanted.
Me if you want to be technical she wasn't a "mother I like to fuck" just by the virtue of not having a kid though neither do the others unless this idol also just makes a kid of your genes appear out of nothing
I believe she is technically Hotaru's guardian since the other 2 outer senshi are to young to be her legal parents even though she identifies them as her parents
