Lois was so engrossed in her wish and the odd warm feeling in her hand and body she attributed to the rock, she didn't notice the metro bus bearing down on her. The large bus hit her, and yet she felt, nothing! The bus front crumpled around Lois. She looked around and tried to run. It was like the whole world was in slow motion. "What, do I have powers...I do!"
Lois looked down, her violet eyes sparkling at the rock in her hand. "This has, possibilities.."
