"Awww! How lame!" Yang said. She wasn't some damsel in distress! She was Yang Xiao Long! Firey, fierce, unstoppable! "Grrrr!" Yang growled, eyes turning red, hair glowing gold. She wanted to punch something, hard. However just as suddenly as her rage had flared, it subsided as a simply unexplainable feeling fell over the young woman. Yang's eyes had turned back to their normal lilac color, but something was still off. She took a lock of hair in her hands and saw that it was still glowing bright gold! Not only that, but it was growing longer in front of her eyes. Yang looked toward a large mirror on the room's desk to see that her whole golden mane was ablaze with energy, and it already reached past her butt.
Yang grabbed more of her glowing hair and began stroking it, letting it rub against her cheek. It felt wonderous! Smoother than silk, softer than the finest wool, and lighter than a cloud, and it was all hers! Her golden hair reached her calves, and Yang spun in a circle, her wondrous locks billowing around her more than 4 feet around the girl. When Yang stopped, her mane danced neatly to a stop with her, now touching the floor. It surrounded her and encroached around the sides of her body, maintaining a great deal of volume and waviness.
Yang once again grabbed a handful from behind her and combed her fingers through the radiant locks. she had adored her hair before, but now she loved it. LOVED IT! She wanted nothing more than to get a brush and spend hours brushing out it's glorious length. In fact, that's exactly what she would do now! Yang rushed to her dresser, hair streaming behind her, and snatched her hair brush from on top before sitting down at her bed. she threw her luscious locks behind her and it fanned out perfectly. It was so long that it easily spanned the width of the twin bed and hung over the far edge. Had Yang been standing, her hair would have pooled on the ground for a foot inches in every direction. The golden glow had finally begun to fade, and Yang got to work brushing her lustrous mane, coaxing the last few inches of growth from the remaining power. When all was said and done, the length of Yang's hair surpassed the girl's 5'8" height by over a foot, coming in at a staggering 7 feet long. It was incredibly thick and wavy from root to tip, and almost shone with a golden light all it's own.
"Who knew having so much hair could feel so good," Yang thought, continuing the work of brushing her golden locks. "I wonder how this will effect my fighting style, though. It's going to be a big job keeping all this hair out of trouble."
