Just to confirm, is she naked or are any clothes she wears invisible? The latter means she still has her communicator so it's am important distinction.
I do suggest doing a permanently naked story with Zoe from Digimon Frontier or a new garden of eden story with Takuya and Zoe as the new Adam and Eve.
