Arnold Holiday sat on the couch that he had delivered to his sister Nicole's house. "So you two are models now" he said.
Nicole laughed. "yeah at least for now. I mean with the Daily report closing we had to do something. An opportunity presented itself and we took it."
Shelby walked into the room and asked "So what are you going to do Arnold. You are out of a job too."
He laughed. "I am not going to model. I am going to work with the community college on a recruitment video. It's a short term job but they are paying well. it will allow me to explore some other options."
Shelby looked at the clock. "Nicole we need to go. we have another photo shoot."
Nicole nodded. "all right. Arnold we will be back later and then we can catch up some more. Then we are going to aparty tonight and you can come. Maybe we can introduce you to a model."
Arnold watched as his sister and Shelby left. He couldn't believe that his sister was a model.

Jasmine Fortune arrived at her law firm. It was a little after 9:00. Before meeting Kat she was always at the office by 7:00. Now she was the last there and the first to leave. As se walked in she saw her three top attorneys talking in the conference room. She thought it was odd and walked in to see what was going on. Adam Hamilton, Gina Anderson and Dan Bailey were in deep conversation.
"Did I miss a meeting" Jasmine asked as she walked into room.
Adam looked at her and said "Actually you have missed a lot of meetings. Clients are talking about leaving and you seem like you are not interested in your own firm anymore."
Gina then added "You then hired that teenage girl that clearly has no qualifications and you seem to spend a lot of time helping her to do simple tasks that we already pay people to do"
dan then added. "we have talked it over and decided that you are either going to sign the firm over to us or we are leaving and taking most of the clients with us"
Adam spoke up again. "You will still hold a title and the firm will still have your name. You can keep your office and you will be paid a salary, although it will much less than you make now. we will give you an hour to make your decision"
Jasmine sat in stunned silence. She was angry but she also wanted to cry. She had built this firm from nothing and now she was going to lose it. She was angry that Gina had insulted Kat that way. Jasmine composed herself. She had a decision to make.

At the Shore City Civic Center preparations were being made for a concert that night. A coupe of unknown local singers would be performing followed by a known singer who had never quite made it to super stardom. what no one knew was that Cupid's arrows would flying at the concert that night.
