See, as much as there's really no need for those negative comments, responding with "Don't like; don't read." is in itself problematic.
Specifically: they already read it. They had to do that in order to determine whether they like it, so telling them that they shouldn't have read it if they didn't like it is possibly the least constructive and most insulting response you could've possibly made.
If you don't care about their opinions and want them to fuck off, just say it straight up. You'd still be insulting them, but at least you're not pretending that they should have the precognition to know whether your decidedly mediocre episode is to their tastes before they've even read it.
If you're so inarticulate that all you can say is "lame", why should anyone here care what you think?
