I'm guessing the quotation marks did it...
Could you change the title to something like... Love Hina WP: Swords, Traps, and Kanako

Hm, we USED to have a bug in the software which ate quotes in titles and anything following them -- but that got fixed years ago, and I know we still get episodes with quotes in the titles....
