I didn't know what to name Kaolla's robot, but I felt like there should be one. I have therefore done the responsible thing and forced someone else to make the decision.
I also had plans for two more episodes, one where Kanako's challenge is resolved and another where Motoko breaks up the party before too much mayhem can be had with the computer, then subsequently adds a few more lines to strange things up. Unfortunately, as I sat down to consider how to resolve Kanako's challenge, I realized I actually kind of liked the idea of Kanako failing, so my original thought of her scrambling to the computer and either slaving Witchbot to her or being interrupted before she can even do that sort of went out the window. Of course, Kanako winning could also be interesting, but as with Kaolla's robot, I decided to do the responsible thing and just wait for someone else to resolve Kanako's dilemma.
It's just my personal view, but Kanako losing to a robot is kind of depressing. I would rather that did not happen.
