Karla Sofen had fully mastered her powers. She had given herself a nice office for her psychiatrist practice, a more than affordable studio apartment with a great view of Liberty Island, and access to more money that she could possibly imagine.
Then her new client walked through her door with a few extra guests, "Afternoon, doctor, having a pleasant day I assume." Baron Zemo walked in with a few individuals Karla recognized as members of the Thunderbolts: Songbird, MACH-1, and Techno.
Karla got defensive, "Hell you want, Zemo? What's with the T-Bolts behind you?"
"My dear this is the greatest gambit I've ever pulled," Zemo laughed, "The Fantastic Four and Avengers perished in their battle with Onslaught. The world is hungry for new heroes. There is no trust with Spider-Man or the X-Men. The Defenders focus too much on protecting New York. We provide them grand theatrics, gain their trust, steal their secrets, and take what is ours right out form under them."
"A long con where the bad guys pretend to be good until it no longer profits." Karla got the point.
"I extend an invitation into our little charade. We've come to understand you've gained a very sophisticated power." Zemo implied towards her hypnosis powers.
"Pass." Karla answered. This surprised Zemo, "What?" Karla rolled her eyes, "I'm trying to stay low profile. Just trying to see what mischief I can get away with. I already have all I want: money, beauty, and power that no one needs to know about, correct?"
"I...I...I..." Karla smiled as she saw that Zemo and the T-Bolts were under her spell. All their eyes glazed over. She gave a simple command, "You Thunderbolts now officially consider yourselves heroes. Go back to your teammates and continue to defend the world. But Zemo, stay, I have something special in mind for you."

Her sky high purple heels clicked against the floor as she approached Karla's office. She opened it slowly, making sure to fix her frilly green skirt as she did so. The cool breath ruffled up her purple blouse, giving a moment notice of a nipple from her wondrous amount of cleavage on display. Her neck length curly blonde hair bounced as she husked, "Your next clients are here, ma'am."
Karla grinned at her secretary. Turning Zemo into her little Zelda had been the best decision she ever made and she turned Carol Danvers into a drunk, "Show them in."
Zelda walked back out. Her smoky blue eye shadow, long mascaraed eye lashes, purple lips, and purple french tipped nails gave off her perfect little bubbly secretary appearance. She cooed, "The doctor will see you now."
Peter and Mary Jane Parker got up from their seats and entered. They both sat across from the "good" doctor. "Ah, yes, some difficulties with you marriage, yes?" the doctor said.
"In a sense. We've more been having clone problems." Mary Jane admitted.
Peter Parker has been dealing with the return of his clone "brother", Ben Reilly the Scarlet Spider. "Ben is a great guy, no doubt about it. But he insists he's the original and I'm the clone. I don't know how to deal with that." Both husband and wife chose to not mention the fact that Peter is also the Amazing Spider-Man.
"What an interesting problem," Karla smiled as she thought of what to do with this information.

"Got to agree something's real fucked up around here." Jennifer looked up to see Captain Marvel floating over head. Carol took a swig from her flask before landing inside of Jen's apartment, "The fuck happened out there?"
"I'm sorry, are you drinking at 9 in the morning?" Jennifer asked first.
"Not the problem here. The problem right now is this," Carol slurred as she showed Jen a YouTube video of Hulkette fucking the Abomination off her phone.
Bruce got up and saw the video, "Is that me?"
"Yes, which is what I'm trying to figure out here too." Jen complained.
"Sounds like SHIELD business." Carol giggled.
"Sounds like no body's business." Jen snapped.
"Sounds like I had a great time," Bruce got an odd erection from the clip off Carol's phone.
