Supergirl emerged out of the secret entrance to Team Arrow HQ in what she originally intended to be her usual mousy Kara Danvers look, but at the last minute she switched out her usual hairstyle for pigtails. She never really thought of herself as a pigtails kind of girl before, but maybe it was stuff like that that was holding her back from being the hero she could be. If she really, really tried she knew that people would start showing their appreciation for her.
But first, she had to go get Ollie. They had to work together and save everyone from that salon, after all! The only problem was she was suddenly having a hard time remembering where he was. It was probably the fault of the pulsating club music and all the people dancing. They needed help too, didn't they?
Almost entranced by the lights, Kara walked towards the dance floor and was greeted almost immediately by a guy coming up behind her and putting his hands on her waist. She should have shoved him off and protested but that seemed so... prudish and uptight, not welcoming and friendly like a true hero was. So instead she pressed herself against him and started moving to the music. She'd still have to go save Ollie, of course, but maybe some of these fair citizens needed saving first.

"... oh, what fresh hell is this?"
Felicity could only stare in bewilderment as on one screen she was watching Ollie hook-up with some woman she'd never seen before and on another she was watching Kara, one of the sweetest girls she'd ever known, grinding against some dude on the dancefloor and seemingly inviting a nearby girl to join them. Team Arrow was becoming just as dysfunctional as the Justice League. And speaking of the Justice League, things were about to get worse.
"Honestly, Ms. Smoak, I don't know what this is, but it doesn't seem to be a Justice League-level emergency," Superman remarked reproachfully. "I'm glad my cousin and Green Arrow are having a good time, of course, but I think maybe we should put this meeting on hold until you all have everything under control. Call us when Ollie and Kara are ready to meet and give a proper explanation of what's actually going on. Come on, everyone."
As the Justice League departed, Felicity shot a baleful glare at J'anny in particular, not that the bimbo Martian particularly noticed or cared. "Great. Not that it mattered, I guess, whatever's affecting everyone else clearly got them too."
Diggle nodded and shook his head, going back to the monitor. "So what do we do? Ollie and Kara both went up there and now they're... like that. It could be someone's put something in the air up there."
"I don't know," Felicity sighed. "I'll look for a digital footprint for the Salon, I guess, but at the moment I think it's us against the world."
