A clock going backwards, Thus Chifuyu was as resulted de-aged from being 24 years old all the way back to be 16 just like Ichiko was. Thus she was now Ichiko’s twin sister and a fellow student. However Ichiko already had a twin sister that being Madoka Orimura otherwise none as M.
Thus Chifuyu was still the oldest of the three however the three of them were now the Orimura Triplets. Chifuyu was the oldest by few minutes, followed by Ichiko, and then there Madoka bringing up the rear as the last one to be born.
Though she was now the same age as her two younger sisters, Chifuyu was still play the same role as older sister that she did before. However because Chifuyu was now as student just Ichiko and the same age as her two younger sisters. The Byakushiki is now Chifuyu's personal I.S unit still use to this very day.
Also with this latest change to the reality, Madoka was never kidnapped when she was younger as all three Orimura sliblings were the same age thus there was not really a time where she could be taken with Chifuyu being right there to make them pay for even trying to make a member of her family away from her.
While Maya still the same was still in Chifuyu's life but played more a motherly role while Tabane was more like elder sister to the Orimura Triplets. With Ichiko being her student learning everything she can from her master, Chifuyu being the one that tests things for them, Madoka developing a rivalry with Ichiko as she wanted more Chifuyu's attention
Chifuyu was also the Student Council President of the IS Academy with her main rival for the title being Tatenashi Sarashiki.
