But as you asked me before, what did you like and how can I deliver more of it to you?
Well, I guess what I like most about it is Lily's obliviousness that there's anything strange about her body, her behavior, and the effect she's having on her brother. I like that he won't let himself enjoy what's happening, and the idea that he might be thwarted if he tries to.
Also, I'm not sure if it was intended or not, but I picked up on an implication that Lily's body is changing based on how she uses it? Like the thing with her tongue, and was she actually getting stronger at the gym? If so, I like it. Maybe the more she cums the bigger her balls will get?
I'd also love to see some physical changes happening with the other characters. I know you said this wasn't a virus type of thing, and I'd completely understand if you want the focus to be only on Lily, it's just an idea that's up my alley. I think if Lily is able to have that kind of effect on others - either accidental or somehow intentional, she'd obviously enjoy herself and not find anything wrong with it - it would play off of the power that she already has. It doesn't necessarily need to happen to her brother - if he is simply forced to watch the girls (or guys later on) Lily is fornicating with start to "improve", it would further frustrate him.
In general, I enjoy your dialogue. You manage to do it playful and funny without detracting from the sexy. Kudos!

You are correct that her body is constantly adapting to what she does and her environment! What's a Mary-Sue without her instantly being superhuman at everything she tries after all? :P
Now unfortunately this isn't a virus, as the next episode will dive into the sexy origin of her change. However, just because Cameron figures out why his sister is changing, doesn't mean that she's going to stop changing!
In fact, a lot of those changes you mentioned (thanks for the ideas btw) are going to happen once she gains an understanding of what's happening to her, really sending her climb in power which propels her to goddess-hood!
So yes, expect more Cameron suffering, kinky cucking, expansion, and horniness control in the future.
I only hope I can really keep escalating things from here!
