1. Shortly before getting frozen Fry ate a sandwich made with mayo made from eggs infested with those alien worms. They not only survived the freezing with him but were able to stay active in Fry's now artic enviroment like body, and at only a little slower before adapting were able to spread out throughout their hosts body. Doing what they do best they were able to begin improving their hosts body completely uninterrupted over the course of a thousand years all without it aging. By the time Fry awakens in the year 2999. A couple of days with those things still inside him turned him into someone as close to perfect as you can get. What will Fry be waking up to after being upgraded by them constantly for a ten centuries?
2. The Fry's were never able to find Phillip, but that didn't mean they didn't try to help all they could. Thinking if he was lost then being broke he wouldn't be able to contact them they paid some money into his account. Not much. Just a couple hundred dollars. He never used it obviously.....but that did mean their was just over two hundred times the amount of money sitting in his account to make interest for a thousand years. Waking up Fry finds he is richer than Mom or the Wong's put together.....neither of whom like that idea
3. *The amazonian's 'are' a race of mighty warrior women.....but their no larger than a very tall human woman. Men there don't die of crushed pelvises. They die of exhaustion.
4. When Fry was to be given his career chip, Leela was able to implant it in him before he could refuse.......unfortunately for her somebody had been messing with the chipper earlier for 'I hate my job and wish I could give myself another' reasons. So while the computer said Delivery Boy. Phillip Fry ended up with a chip that forced him to have a much better and coller job.
