The spacious closet had countless outfits, each seeming very expensive in make.
A lot of them consisted of leather and fur, many blurring the lines between fashionable and tacky.
Picking out a fur robe and luxury slippers, Sharon slowly walked to the bedroom exit. The outfit
seemed to add much more weight to her figure, much more then it would have in her previous body.
Opening the door, Sharon saw that it led to a spacious open area, with a large window behind a giant TV.
The room was every bit as luxurious as her bedroom, perhaps even more so. On the other side of the room
was a kitchen, with a chef cooking what appeared to be breakfast.
To the right of the room, a maid noticed Sharon's arrival and walked over to her. She appeared to be of East Asian
descent, with pale skin suggesting Chinese, Japanese, or Korean heritage.
"Mrs. Fitzgerald!" asked the maid, arriving in front of Sharon.
"Did you not need my assistance to prepare yourself?"
While actions were certainly more difficult to perform in this body, she could
still get dressed with some challenge. Perhaps the woman whose life she now took over
was used to decades of her maids doing everything for her.
"No, my dear." responded Sharon, before being taken back by her usually formal speech.
"Of course. I apologize for my vain assumptions, Mrs. Fitzgerald." replied the maid, before walking back to where she came from.
"My Dear"? Did she really just say that? Perhaps it wasn't just her body that changed while she slept, Sharon worriedly thought.
While eating the delicious breakfast prepared by her chef, Sharon decided to chat with the workers in her penthouse.
She discovered that her full name was Shelia Eleanor Fitzgerald, and was surprised to learn that she was 88 years old.
Perhaps more surprisingly was that she was married to a man whose name had no resemblance to Jim's.
He was currently on a dining trip in Europe, and wouldn't be returning for another week. "That's fortunate" Sharon thought.
"Gives me more time to search for answers."
The time and date were the same as she expected them to be, nothing odd there. The world seemed to be identical to before, with the
exception of her own situation.
Her naturally aristocratic manner of speech was jarring at first, but Sharon got used to it as the conversation went on. It was
better then speaking in her old way, as everybody would know that something was off.
Sitting on a nearby chair, Sharon pondered what she should do next.
