"Hey!" protested Dabbler, popping in. "I thought I was the one who got the romp with Dolly Parton!"
You Wish grinned. "Sorry," he said. "You had your chance, and you didn't follow up. Maybe you should have insulted D<- like I did and been consigned to Hell. What a punishment!"
"Hey, if I'd realized he did this to people who make fun of his name, I'd have done it too," grumped Dabbler.
"My heard bleeds. Say, aren't those bare feet of yours getting rather... hot on those coals?"
"Youch!" Dabbler cried, and quickly disappeared back to reality to soak his feet.
You Wish grinned and proposed a toast to D<-. The other Authors seconded it.
