Plus the obvious sexual implications. But do they split off/fuse with the “original” or are they all permanent living beings sharing a gestalt mind (like the Stepford Cuckoos)? I like this option best with the permanent telepathic clones.

Uh... Some sort of healing quirk? Her sweat has healing properties, giving herself a passive healing factor the more she exerts herself as well as being able to treat people in a crisis. She helped treat Midoriya during the Entrance Exam (though Recovery Girl did most of it) and has been by his side ever since. This quirk seems really synergistic with OFA.
