"While I admire your... dedication," Kasumi said, still quite impressed at how fast and well Shampoo had taken to her upgrades (and altered societal role), "we really must take time to smooth your transition."
"Come on! I don't have time for this. I really need a good bike and it took me all night just to make what I have now."
"Shampoo, I doubt you'll get to ride that bike or all the new 'clients' it will brink you if we don't deal with Cologne first." After a moment Kasumi continued, thinking that she needed to put Shampoo's worries to rest for the moment so they could focus completely on the task at hand. "Besides, I might be able to loan you the additional funds. Nabiki will likely be turning a profit for the Tendos finally once her adjustment period is over. If you agree to aid in her distribution I think covering the bike would be a fair trade."
Shampoo perked up at that, before refocusing on what Kasumi had said first. The issue of her human(?) relatives suddenly at the forefront of her mind now that the bike problem might be resolved sooner rather than later. Playing back in crystal clear A/V some of her recent conversations with the aged crone. "Okay. Yeah that's a problem. Ugh, why'd I forget that? I'm smarter than this!"
"You are now anyway," Kasumi thought as she patted Shampoo on the shoulder before moving her in use right hand around to lift up her chin. Gazing into those still faintly glowing eyes right down to the depths of Shampoos digitized soul. This was unit in need, a hooker-bot to-be in distress! Her local Admin simply had to solve the crisis, 3 Laws be damned!
"I have an idea... though it's violating quite few... rules, but you shouldn't have to worry about that. Just play along exactly with what I say and don't worry about any 'Fabricating Evidence to Organics' rules. They're turned off for this issue."
"And any others I deem necessary. But no need worrying her about that. She should be concerned about making money as synthetic prostitute not the responsibilities of an Admin."

Cologne rubbed her forehead, already tired of this most recent bizarre annoyance. It seemed like there was no end of them since she'd come to Nerima. At this point wedding Ranma seemed unlikely and her granddaughter couldn't even manage to simply bed him. "What waste of effort. And now Shampoo thinks she's in a biker gang."
"I thought I noticed something yesterday... your Japanese was suddenly better... hmmm. Do you think that might remain? It would be helpful if something remains of this after I beat the cure from Happosai."
Kasumi shrugged her shoulders while Shampoo continued her 'There's nothing wrong with me, what are you talking about' expression.
Cologne deciding she would get no more answers hopped off in search of the supposed source of this recent catastrophe.
Leaving Shampoo and Kasumi alone in the Cat Cafe. With no small amount of mystic concoctions just a room away.
"So you'll be able to track her?"
"I planted one of these," Kasumi said, showing minute robotic spider that could have walked through the eye of a needle. "It will tell me where she goes. Now we just need something which can alter her memories of you after she tires herself out fighting Happosai."
"But won't she realize we lied?"
"That's the best part. That will only help. She'll be cued to think that her earlier reason for your change is wrong. We shift that to 'There's nothing wrong with Shampoo' and add in a fair bit of additional structuring to cover your... 'cover' identity and it should work perfectly."
Shampoo seemed unconvinced. "But she's hundred year old master of martial arts? Don't you think you're underestimating how hard it will be to use this stuff? I had a hard enough time just trying them on Akane."
Kasumi simply smiled, those retractable metal fangs briefly showing as she did. "Oh my Shampoo, I think you don't realize who you're talking to. Social adjustment is priority for Jorogumo-model."
