PKMN Delia: Flashing into a New Life

As soon as the package was open, Delia found herself crying out in shock as she was enveloped in a blinding light. For a moment, all of her senses went numb, to the point where she couldn't even tell if she had a body anymore. All she could sense were her own thoughts, making her wonder if she had died and if this was the afterlife.

But then, her senses began to return. Delia blinked and looked around, discovering that she was now...

1. ... a young trainer ready to get her first Pokemon. She's in a world that's the same as her old one, except everyone has different roles than before, with her taking Ash's place as the young trainer.
2. ... in a world that's the same as her old one, except that all Pokemon are now sexy anthros who (consentually) fight for their human "masters".
3. ... in a world of just anthro Pokemon, with herself becoming one as well.
4. ... in a world of just feral Pokemon, with herself becoming one as well.
5. ... in a world that seems to be exactly the same on first glance. Maybe nothing happened?
