This is a fun premise. There's a lot of room for Kasumi and Nabiki's personality quirks, like Nabiki taking dirty pictures of everyone, or Kasumi's practically being a live in maid, being the result of the MCer.
So what if Kasumi has some lingering commands related to helping the MCer grow his harem that reactivate?

Hmm, there's a lot of places this could go besides the Tendo dojo. There's the question of weather or not Kuruto tried to do something with Kuno, and weather or not the Kuno wackiness messed with whatever he tried (Since Principal Kuno was nuts and in Hawaii before Kuruto came to the Dojo).
Still it could be interesting if there were some lingering commands with Kuno, and also if that had an impact on his tendency to jump to assumptions of "Sorcery!"
As far as Ukyo's plans regarding Ranma goes, I say she should definitely put some thought into commanding Akane to dump Ranma, but then having that plan derailed by the sudden appearance of Shampoo, leaving her thinking along the lines of "No wait, I should hold off until I figure out a way to make sure she can't swoop in and snatch Ranma before I can."
Dr. Tofu's weird behavior around Kasumi might be related.
