There was a knock on the door and Sharon was awake enough to hear it. Not wanting to wake Jim she stumbled to the door and cracked it open to say hello being careful not to expose her naked self to whoever was on the other side.
It was a few young boys apparently trying to sell something. The shorter one started talking when one of the taller boys in the back let out an exclamation, “Your Pink!” Sharon was thinking about brushing the boys off and she started by responding, “Well that’s just my natural,” while looking down, “natural uhm err comple... xio... nnn... Oh No!”
Sharon had been too groggy to think straight and it was still all kinds of dark in the house, not that it would have mattered. But she now fully realized. Her body was still made of silly putty.
In a natural reaction, Sharon dropped her hands across her body, “Not today.. err boys, really, can you...” She didn’t finish anything she was trying to say as the now focused shorter boy pushed the door open wide to expose a cross-armed and cross legged naked Sharon who’s eyes were as big as silver dollars. She was torn between trying to cover herself, running, shouting out, or not much else in her mind that made any sense. The young boys’ eyes were of equally large size.
