One other idea I was contemplating but couldn't find a good way to incorporate into the episode was the idea that Kasumi used to have a definite temper (See early stories where she gets mad at Genma or her father), but one of the long term orders she was operating under was "Start every day by meditating on calmness and serenity." and her later series extreme calmness was because over time that became more and more second nature to her.
Also the idea of Tofu being so nuts because of botched MC felt like it could be interesting, especially if Kasumi turned out to be the MC behind it.
