1. *The changes are focused on one or more individual characters in the cast
2. *The patch changes are on a more societal/cultural level that effect Nerima/Japan/the world
3. *Human bodies and minds are patched with new changes but for the better or for the worse?
4. *The timeline gets patched but to what degree?
5. *It's a big patch the involves changing a variety of large and small elements of reality
