Now I wonder, is she going to end up in an Esper prison? Maybe with a "chastity-bra" to block her from escaping/titnotising anyone? It sounds like a good way to keep her out of the main plot.
This thread has been going pretty light on the Index stuff, as one can tell by the fact that Espers are mixing with normal people at all.
There may not be any Espers jails. Even if there are, I wouldn't put it past Chibiusa to have a magical lockpick somehow.
