"Your Anxiety disorder is a primary concern to your mental and physical health Ms. Hyuuga. I believe your anxiety is not only causing you to be severely underweight but as I mentioned causing you to so shy and quiet." Shizune explains.
"U-Underweight I don't know what you mean?" Hinata asks trying to understand.
"You are a true glutton someone who will endlessly stuff their face with food but, because of your anxiety you will refrain from indulging as you should. Trying to fit in with the rest of those skinny sticks intead of being rude, cruel, loud, proud, and fat. You let them make you polite, kind, quiet, meek, and skinny wouldn't it be better if you could be your true self and show them the real Hinata." Shizune says as she snaps her fingers.
A large cart is wheeled in with stacks of food pilled high all of it covered in grease, gravy, fat, and sugar. Not a single vegetable or trace of anything healthy all of it guaranteed to make someone put on the pounds and become fat. But that's nothing compared to how the sight of this food is making Hinata feel. How has this made her so hungry? How has she not noticed she was this hungry she needs that food in her now. Drooling at the sight she wonders about all the tastes and flavors, the food is probably drugged but it just looks so good.
"I want that food, I want to eat all of it." Hinata says as if in a trance.
"Wonderful feel free to indulge as much as you like we will keep you well fed and taken care of." Shizune says as she watches Hinata shove her face into the pile of food and starts eating.

"Wha- where am I feel weird?" Naruto asks coming to.
His no her head hurt it's so confusing knowing which gender she or he is. Opening up her/his eyes Naruto sees that he/she is in a padded cell with a mirror on one of the walls. Reflecting back in the mirror is the female sexy jutsu version of her/himself though quite a bit chubbier. If only she could remember how she ended up here? Oh where's Hinata she could figure this out and come up with a solution she's so great and takes charge of any situation.
"I see you're awake I thought you'd sleep the day away. Tell me how are you doing today?" A doctor asks Naruto.
"Um I don't know kinda confused don't know how I got here or look like this." Naruto responds.
"Oh dear it seems like we have a lot of work to do if you don't remember that. Don't you worry Ms. Uzumaki we'll take good care of you." The doctor replies.
