Kurenai Yuhi was in the Asylum's library reading a book of philosophy, it was dull and dense but it was refreshingly stimulating. "I'm your doctor Nai-chan and you're my patient. It is my sacred duty to monitor your health and wellbeing and those thoughts tell me you are resisting treatment." Anko said with a stern look at Kurenai.
"Anko please you have to help me escape this place, look at what they are doing to us in here what they have done to you." Kurenai pleaded hoping that her words would reach some fragment of her friend.
"Of course I'll help you Nai-chan." Anko said sparking some hope in Kurenai that was overwhelmed by an alien sensation of her thoughts and memories being sucked from her mind.
"My head, what did you do?." Kurenai asked in a daze her thoughts scattered and slow to refocus.
"I helped you Nai-chan. Your treatment is back on schedule, and in a matter of weeks you will be released and we can enjoy a night out on the town." Anko said with a smile and Kurenai blinked sluggishly processing Anko's words.
"Uh like thanks Anko." Kurenai said confused twirling her hair around her finger.
"Your welcome, and don't forget to get back to your room by 3pm for the next episode of Lusty Drama." Anko said walking away Kurenai waved and turned back to the book she had been reading. She tried to find her place but she couldn't remember where she had left off or anything from the book. She started over but it was a tough read there were so many words she didn't know and she was getting bored.
Anko was happy to help with her patient treatment Kurenai just needs some adjustments. She had erased any thoughts of escape from Kurenai's mind with a lower IQ and shorter attention span she wouldn't be planning any soon. She had deleted any skills that would be detrimental to her treatment and bumped up her overall naivety and gullibility. Lastly and this was a personal adjustment but she edited Kurenai's memories of her to be her new superior brained self rather than the old micro-brained Anko along with removing disgust at her new appearance.
