I mean, considering all of Aleister's actions are revealed in the Raildex books of the last few years to be motivated by a desire to collapse the magic phases that alter the world and chain down people's destiny's to the whims of those with enough power...it kind of makes sense that magic hypnoboobs would not only be something he'd view as dangerous to the plans to stop the literal world-destroying demons and gods he built academy City to eventually counter (i.e. the one that was running Necessarius until the end of the new testament books also responsible for Index's annual mindwipes and enslavement, incidentally, so this current arc is set WELL before that), but just as damaging due to it being an more immediate fate enslavement versus the abstract ones Aleister had been focused on eliminating.
Not sure how up-to-date on all that Lumitiel is, since while Aleister certainly set in motion a LOT of the bad things present in Raildex (including letting all the morally bankrupt members of the science side have near free-reign for their experiments as long as something usable resulted), it's been shown repeatedly they were with intent to counter even WORSE things, but his grown loathing of Magic led to him getting a target put on his back. When one knows there are multiple bickering reality-warping entities in your plane of existence and many of them consider those lesser than them naught but Toys, I feel like many of us would want find a means to deck them in the schnoz too. that's more than half the reason he wanted Touma on his side, after all.
