Blue Meteor start?

Jim had been changed into Battle Angel Alita by Rick by mistake, his transformation into Blue Meteor was a desperate last chance to avoid destruction at the hands of a ticked off combat cyborg.

This may not have been what Rick had had in mind.

The former Jim examined herself in a mirror. An extremely busty blonde girl in a tight blue and white outfit. Her eyes were glowing a solid blue.
