The plan sickened Cheyenne, but she was desperate to get her identity back. Allowing Austin's personality to come forward he shouted at Alex calling him every derogatory term there was for an individual of his sexual orientation. Is was very plain that the real Austin personality was not gay and that Alex would never have a chance with Austin. Alex was seeing for the first time what had terrorized Cheyenne in her own home for years until Jim had scared him off.
"So bunny boy! Is this what you really want?!", railed Austin as he cocked back his arm and rammed his massive fist into the rabbit boys face. The girl rabbit mask Alex was wearing flew off and landed on the floor. Alex was out cold. Rachel looked at Austin in horror.
"Oh no.", gasped Austin as Cheyenne's personality resumed control. "I dind't mean to really hit him, Austin's hatred just took over and...I..."
Rachel knelt over the boy and looked up at Austin, who was standing with one hand on his chest and one up to his mouth in a rather feminine display of shock. After all, he still was Cheyenne inside there, even if she couldn't get out. Rachel looked up at Austin, "He'll be O.k., but you rattled his brain pretty good."
"The little shit deserved it!", sneered Austin, who's eyes grew wide with surprise as he clapped his hand over his muzzle. "I didn't mean to say that!", he blurted. Rachel looked at Austin and said, "we have got to get you out of there."
Rachel produced a small capsule from her bag and broke it open underneath Alex's nose. Alex came to with a grimace on his face. "Do you see that Austin's personality doesn't care about you?", asked Rachel to Alex. "Cheyenne does, but she's turning into Austin because of you. An Austin who doesn't like you." Won't you please change her back?
Alex got up groggily and rubbed his jaw. There were tears welling up in his eyes. Reluctantly he pulled the costume zipper from the trash and walked around to Austin's back. Alex reversed the chant, the zipper grafted itself onto the costume and once it was on all the way, Austin turned his back to Rachel who promptly unzipped him. The costume fell to the ground and Cheyenne stepped out breathing a sigh of relief.
Cheyenne turned to Alex. "Alex, I'm sorry about what happened. I know you don't understand, but if you'll let me, I'd be happy to wear Austin for you occasionally instead of being Austin wearing myself at your whim.", Cheyenne paused, "You have to promise me that you won't try to do that to me again. Honey I was very scared inside Austin and it felt as if I were dying when he took control. You don't want to kill me do you?"
Alex couldn't hold back his tears anymore and rushed towards Cheyenne, embracing her, "I'm sorry!", he cried. "I didn't mean to hurt you." They held each other for awhile and then...
