Sandy used the MC button on all the executives. She commanded them to grow extrememly frustrated with Mrs. Ward if at any time she appeared inept or unprepared. She then went up to Mrs. Ward and used the MC button: "It is very hot and humid in here. If anything goes wrong, you will become nervous and embarrassed. Anything that goes wrong is your fault."
