"In all the myths and legends I've read ..." Ami began.
"I don't beleive it!" Usagi interupted. "You read something other than a text book?"
"Why yes," Ami replied seriously. "When you are -or were- a magical girl fighting the Negaverse, where else are you going to find research material?"
"Oh," Usagi exclaimed forelornly. "I thought I caught you doing something fun!"
"Research is fun," Ami responded. "Do you want to hear my idea or not?"
"No, Ami," Setsuna responded drily, "we absolutlely love standing in the middle of a battle-field without a clue. Let's just wait for someone to come along and enslave us while we're all defenseless shall we?"
Ami frowned at Sestuna's attempt at humour, but continued. "In all the legends I read, there's no real mention of djinn casting spells or using magical phrases to grant wishes - unless you count 'wish granted'. As Sestuna said, they just do it."
"That's your idea?" Rei demanded. "We 'just do it'?"
"Yes," Ami replied seriously. "Let's all of us now, wish really hard that Ranma was alive and well ... and in the middle of this loose circle we're standing in."
"Oh!" Usagi said brightly. "Like the way I use the Moon Crystal? And the way you add your power to it?"
"Well, yes," Ami agreed in surprise. "Rather like that, I guess."
"Alright then!" Usagi cried and posed. "On the count of three, wish. One! Two! Three!"
The other senshi djinni followed her lead like
cheerleaders. It was kind of silly, but these were girls used to
fighting evil with silly gestures and big hearts. (Pink ones.)
"WISH GRANTED!"
