Ranma's eyes squeezed shut as he let out a mighty yawn, covering his mouth as he moaned from the final wisps of sleep escaping him. He blinked opened his eyes and snapped his mouth shut after a few moments, shaking his head once to realert himself.
He drowsily walked from the Koi pond, where a Panda lay upside down, his legs splayed while bubbles emitted from his head; which was underwater. Ranma had retained his male form this morning however, and sat himself down in front of the table, rubbing his eyes slowly.
Soun sat at the far end, quietly reading his paper, while occasionally ruffling it as he changed the page. Nabiki sat to her father's right, filing her nails with her usual nonchalant boredom.
However, several moments later Akane arrived, and sat at her usual place, to the right of Nabiki, and across from Ranma. Nodoka arrived as well, sitting to the left of Ranma, and Genma plot himself down near the edge of the porch.
With a startling timing, Kasumi entered the room with a tray full of breakfast, serving everyone, including giving Genma a large bowl of Bamboo.
It seemed like a normal enough morning, well at least considering whom we are considering. However, something had changed, a change that would prove quite significant...
