Aniko left Emma sleeping in her bed and walked out to the balcony where Miksa was absent for the first time in atleast a week. She quickly saw where the gargole had gone. She could see him moving some trees that had been blown down during last nights storm. She still marveled at the strength of the little gargole as he lifted a large tree and flew it away from the trail that it blocked moving it out of the way. She watched him for a short while before she finaly desided to go down stairs.
She was dressed in her nightcoat and slippers and started toward the stairs when she heard Aileron's voice coming from one of the guest rooms. "She doesn't have control, her power is leaking off. That storm was a small one, if she doesn't get better control stronger and more dangerous storms will come."
"It will be okay," said the melodic voice, "I remember many a mana storm and power demon atracted by you when you first started also. You knew when you took her on as a student that these things could happen."
"Yes, but she is the first student that I have taken in that has had this kind of petential power, I worry that I have taken in more then I can handle. I,... I may not be able to protect her."
"I don't have the magic that you do, but I'll be here to help you and to help her. You have always been a good man and I know that you will do everything that you can."
"Im glad you are here. I have missed you a great deal, its been a long time."
Aniko desided that she had already listen too long and desided to run back to her room. Had she caused the storm last night? She wasn't sure what to think.
