"I'm sorry, I know who you are -- but I don't know you."

Karen became confused for a moment.

"What do you mean, Jim?"

"I know some things about you, I know of you, but I don't know you." Jim said.

"Jim, you're, you're, you're..." Karen said slowly as she backed away from Jim. "You're not my Jim!"

"Damn straight!" Sharon said.

"No, no, no, you're not my Jim!" Karen said again. "It's a trap! They're going to kill me!"

As if on cue, they guards finally made their way through the throng of people, and started running at Karen.

"They're going to kill me!" Karen repeated only louder.

"Oh for the love of- Jesus Christ, come with me!" Sharon said, dragging on both Jim an Karen.

Jim started moving, but Karen just stood there, staring.

A moment later, as the guards approached and aimed their weapons, Karen started running after Jim and Sharon, quickly overtaking them.

Jim and Sharon started panting, but Karen began running alongside with considerable ease.

"Where do we go?" Karen asked.

"Just follow me." Sharon huffed, as she opened a door and ran outside.

Once they got outside, Sharon turned to her and said, "I hope you have a way out of this!"

"Why are you helping me?" Karen asked.

"I don't condone torture, even if you are after Jim." Sharon said. "They were going to use your own genetics to torture you."

"Karen," Jim said, "Do you have a way out?"
