Kim watched Bridget and Alicia looking back at her, their tails swishing idly behind them as if they'd been like that for years. Kim had an awesome idea.
She got up from the table and went into the kitchen. Alicia and Bridget turns, looking at each other in confusion.
"I thought Kim was going to change us some more", Bridget stated. Alicia shrugged in reply.
Kim came back out a moment later with a large bowl of water in front of her. She placed the bowl in front of the girls and sat back down at the table.
"Kim, what are you doing? You going to give us a bath?" Alicia asked playfully.
Kim smiled and shook her head, "No, I had a better idea. We were meant to go to the beach today, since we got hung up with the Automorph, I figure we should bring the beach to us." she replied.
Alicia and Bridget turned to each other again, confused at what Kim meant, Bridget walked over to the bowl and noticed that there was sand all throughout the bottom and the edges of the bowl, it looked like Kim had siphoned some from one of Alicias desert pot plants in the kitchen.
Kim entered commands into the Automorph and activated them. Alicia and Bridget immediately turned back into their human selves. They looked each other over and looked back up at Bridget.
"Hey, what gives?", Alicia asked.
Kim didnt reply as the Automorph continued to work. Alicia and Bridget found themselves having trouble standing up, their legs were coming together and fusing into a single long piece of flesh. The flesh started to turn green and scaly as well as grow longer. Both the girls started to grow in height while their single legs were now starting to fan out at the base.
Alicia started to realize what was going on, "You're turning us into mermaids?" she asked curiously, "Isn't that bowl a little small then?"
Kim smiled as the transformation continued. Fins grew on the two girls on each side of where their hips used to be, a larger dolphin-like dorsal fin grew out of their lower spines. When the transformation finished, Alicia and Bridget found themselves flopping on the tabletop.
Bridget gasped, "Water! Need water, I feel like I'm dying here!"
Kim gently picked up the two girls and placed them into the bowl while the next stage of transformation started. Thw two girls started getting smaller, much smaller. The room spiraled up in size rapidly as the Automorph worked it's magic. Alicia and Bridget could no longer grasp the scale of the room as they shrank to less then 0.5mm tall. Their voices could no longer be heard.
Alicia and Bridget looked around in shock and awe, the tiny bowl they had been in when they were an inch tall now looked like a vast ocean kilometres in size and just as deep. Bridget was panicking slightly at the size of the bowl and looked directly into Alicia's eyes wit her own saucer sized ones, "What are we going to do?! We're nearly microscopic!" she exclaimed.
"We're going to have a fun day at the beach", came Kim's voice from behidn them.
Alicia and Bridget turned to see Kim floating in the water behind them, an idenctical transformation performed on her. The three girls were now mermaids in an ocean only a few inches in diameter.
"I had to put the bowl somewhere safe so noone could get to it while we enjoyed ourselves", Kim said.
Alicia answered, "You really can think up crazy ideas for enjoying yourself, can't you?" she scoffed playfully.
Kim grinned in reply and started doing stretchs with her arms, "Anyone for a race? First one to the other side picks the next transformation?" she suggested.
Alicia grinned at the challenge and started flexing her tail. Bridget was not so exstatic about this situation.
"How do we get back to normal?", she asked
