Authors Note: I had assumed in time between Robin's fainting and her waking up several hours had passed which had enabled her mages to first pinpoint her location and then inform Katie of the danger. I was going to do this in a flashback but you beat me to it.;)
Robin seemed not to to react at all. Frantically Katie tried again to know affect. Robin seemed mesmerized. And now Balor's lips had stopped moving and yet Katie could still hear his voice:
Fear not for your friend puppet queen in your degenerate land, she is quite safe for now. I warn you though to make no attempt to take from me or he who in former days slew kings and broke empires. My magic is greater by far than any parlour tricks those prancing half wits you call wizards you can call upon and no fleet shall ever reach this shore save by my will alone. Leave my presence little girl.
Balors voice was hideously different, raspy and slithering and cold far from his 'human' voice yet it was recognisable to both. Katie felt her skin crawl just thinking about it. Abruptly her view from Robins eyes was gone and Katie found herself starring at the anxious face of Beagan.
"What happened?" she slurred.
The little man looked at her sadly: "He broke the link."

Robin blinked. For a second there she had almost thought she had heard Katie say something, but whatever it was slipped away from her when she tried to remember it. Must have been imagining it... Blushing she realised she hadn't been listening to what the very handsome king had been saying.
"Sorry you're Majesty could you repeat that...?"
