Jim spotted an intriguing machine on a high shelf. He couldn't tell quite what it was from where he was, but it looked as if it would warrant a closer examination. "Hold on a minute," he told Sharon. "That looks interesting." He pointed up at the shelf.
"You'd need a step-ladder to reach that," Sharon pointed out. "I suppose there must be one around somewhere, but we haven't found it yet."
Jim suddenly had an idea. "If you set the controls on your antigravs to a high enough negative value, then your breasts should become bouyant enough to lift you up to the ceiling. Then you can grab that device, and gradually restore the antigrav settings, so that you gently float back down to the floor."
Sharon couldn't see any risk in doing this. "OK," she said.
